Custom Order Policy
Positive Patchwork will guarantee satisfaction of any item that is made within 30 days of order ship date. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom order, you will be able to exchange your unworn/unwashed garment with a pre-made item *OR* a new garment will be made to your satisfaction. In the event that Positive Patchwork receives incorrect information such as measurements from the customer, Positive Patchwork will replace the custom ordered garment for a 20% restocking fee charge (20% of the cost of the custom garment(s), shipping charges will not be included in the restocking fee) and the customer will be asked again to pay the shipping & handling fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Store Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item that you bought directly from the Positive Patchwork website or at a Positive Patchwork booth during a festival, your item(s) are refundable for up to 30 days of the shipping date (if purchased through the website) or festival date (if purchased at a festival) WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SALE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGABLE.

If you are returning an item ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE INTACT!!! Garment cannot be washed or worn "out". A refund of the garment price and/or sales tax will be returned to the customer within 5 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Payment
We do require payment in full for all items including shipping charges before item will be shipped. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit/debit card payments through paypal. We are willing to make payment arrangements if you would like to pay for an item(s) in installments.
